About Us
PlantSweetness is a small-scale vegan bakery, specialized in raw desserts. My passion is to create beautiful and delicious plant-based cakes focusing on using only natural and organic ingredients. I was always searching for an approach on how to create flavourful desserts and at the same time to support a healthy lifestyle. I fell in love with raw desserts, and I would like to share my passion with others as well.
Cake Care
Raw cake requires special care. Since it is not baked, it is sensitive to heat, and melt if kept outside for a longer period. You will receive the cake in a semi-defrosted stage. It is highly recommended to have a cooler/dry ice with you, especially if the drive is more than 30 minutes.

Serving
The cake must be completely defrosted in the refrigerator and kept there until it is ready to be served. When the cake arrives at a semi-defrosted stage, it takes an additional 2-3 hours to completely defrost it.
The cake shouldn’t be kept outside at room temperature longer than 30-45 minutes.

Storage
The cake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5-6 days, but I suggest keeping it in the freezer if it is made with fresh fruits.

Preservation
The cake can be stored in the freezer for up to 1.5 months in an airtight container. My suggestion is to slice up the remaining cake and store it in the container and whenever you feel like having a slice later, you don’t need to defrost the whole cake every time. You just leave the slice on the counter at room temperature for 15-20 minutes and it will be ready to enjoy it.
