Cake Transportation
Proper cooling is essential to preserve the texture and composition of our raw cakes, particularly in warmer weather. We do not supply the cooler; it is the customer’s responsibility. If you’re unable to bring a cooler upon pickup, please inform us in advance so that we can provide one for you, at your expense. The payment for the cooler and an ice pack is $25 and can be paid in cash upon picking up the cake.

- Handle with care: When picking up the cake, hold it from the bottom and avoid tilting or squeezing the box.
- Keep it chilled: Use a cooler and ice pack for transportation and maintain the AC at a low temperature. The cake will need to be placed in the fridge immediately and kept there until serving.
- Please confirm with us your pickup day and time. We also offer delivery services on Saturdays between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. within 60 km at a charge of $40.
