Cake Transportation

Proper cooling is essential to preserve the texture and composition of our raw cakes, particularly in warmer weather. We do not supply the cooler; it is the customer’s responsibility. If you’re unable to bring a cooler upon pickup, please inform us in advance so that we can provide one for you, at your expense. The payment for the cooler and an ice pack is $25 and can be paid in cash upon picking up the cake.

Handle with care: When picking up the cake, hold it from the bottom and avoid tilting or squeezing the box.
Keep it chilled: Use a cooler and ice pack for transportation and maintain the AC at a low temperature. The cake will need to be placed in the fridge immediately and kept there until serving.
Please confirm with us your pickup day and time. We also offer delivery services on Saturdays between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. within 60 km at a charge of $40.
