Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted in writing via email to info@plantsweetness.ca

Cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email.
If cakes are ordered in advance, changes or cancellations to the order can be made. Once a cake is in production, cancellations cannot be refunded. The policy for cancellation and changes varies based on the type of cake, as summarized below.

Everyday Cakes: Typically prepared within 24 hours, these must be ordered by 5pm the day before your desired pickup date. As production starts immediately upon ordering, no refunds or changes are possible once the order is placed. However, changes or cancellations for Everyday Cakes are permissible only if the order was placed in advance and the request is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date.
Special Occasion Cakes: Please note that these cakes require a 3-day production time. Therefore, cancellations or changes are only possible if requested more than 72 hours prior to the agreed-upon pickup date.
Custom-made cakes: Cancellations or changes can be made within the initial 48 hours after finalizing your order.
