Unicorn Cake

Description: This cake consists of 6 layers, including an almond date crust, blueberry and strawberry cashew cream, and nut-free lemon curd. The cake can be decorated with edible ears and horns and offers various velvet coating and decoration cream color choices. All colors for the cream and velvet coating come from superfoods such as berry powders or spirulina as an example.

Organic Ingredients: cashew, almond, Medjool dates, Maple syrup, monk fruit, shredded coconut, coconut oil, coconut butter(homemade), coconut milk(homemade)cacao butter, strawberry, blueberries, maqui berry powder, lemon, vanilla, salt.
