Raw cakes differ from traditional cakes in several ways. Firstly, they are not baked and tend to be smaller in size due to their denser nature. Raw cakes are crafted using wholesome ingredients, including nuts, fruits, cacao, coconut products, and superfoods, to name a few.
When it comes to sweeteners, we rely on natural sources. Our cakes are sweetened with high-quality organic maple syrup, organic coconut sugar, and monk fruit for our sugar-free options. Moreover, our cakes are unprocessed and created without the use of preservatives, artificial colorants, and flavorings.
